CSC SPV has launched a new service which will help people in getting proper information on about how to manage their livestock (cattle, buffalo, sheep, horse etc). Livestock are commonly domesticated animals. In this unprecedented time, creating awareness among people on breeding and maintaining our livestock is so crucial. The proposed new scheme focused and targeted towards:
- Entrepreneurship development
- Breed up gradation
- Productivity enhancement
- Feed and Fodder development
- Livestock Insurance
- Extension, Research and Innovation
- Employment generation
The objective of this programme
CSC has selected 17950 CSC Centres for this programme. These selected CSCs will advocate, advertise and create awareness about the various schemes of Department of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying (FAHD). VLEs will help in guiding village people in their local languages.
CSCs’ Role in making the agenda successful
CSC SPV will provide the location & date of camps to be organized by the VLEs through Web portal. District managers of CSC will help VLEs. ePashu Chikitsa Experts will be available there via VC.
VLEs Role in implementing the plan
VLEs will notify a day for the camp through Portal. All equipment, refreshment and arrangement will be done by VLEs. They will upload the details of camps like start & end date/time, camp title, location, number of beneficiaries enrolled, pictures etc in the online portal. Furthermore, broadcasting of contents provided by DoAHD through CSCs media. They can upload minimum 50 beneficiaries at the portal who attended these camps.

National Livestock Mission, Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development Fund, Rashtriye Gokul Mission, Kisan Credit Card(KCC) to Livestock Farmers, National Programme for Diary Development, Diary Processing and Infrastructure Development Fund, Supporting Diary Cooperatives and Farmer producer organization, Livestock Health & Disease Control, National Animal Disease Control Programme and Livestock Census and integrated sample survey
